EZ Photo Upload

Some members have reported problems using the EZ Photo Upload and FireFox (Java version of the upload tool). We are working on the problem and hope to have something in place soon. If you are having problems please email support with the following:

1) Verson of Firefox
2) What OS you are using (Vista, XP, Mac OS)

A new version of the EZ Photo Upload tool has been released. The next time you go to use the tool you will be prompted to install the most recent version. Please remember it can take up to 5 minutes the *first time* you use the updated version.

If you have any problems please let us know.

NOTE: There is a known issue with 64 bit Vista users who use FireFox. We are working on this problem. In the meantime those members are encouraged to use Internet Explorer.
