issue with uplodaing new photos

I'm not sure this is in the right place but I am having issues. When I upload new photos, I cannot get the drag and drop to work (it won't drop the photos) and if I try to multiple delete or move them, it will only click on one photo and then wants to move it around (and won't drop it)...can you tell me what might be wrong...haven't had this issue in the last 2 1/2 years of using this site so not sure what to do

There have been no changes to this part of the site in well over 6 months! We are doing our best to isolate the version of your Browser to find and solve the problem.

If anyone else is having this problem please post the Browser and version you are using.

Now that you mention it, my husband just uninstalled and reinstalled my internet explorer. We now have IE 7. It was working before he did that. I have tried it in firefox and can get it to work on both of my kids' websites but not in the new IE 7.

My issue is that I can select one picture but it will not allow me to drop the picture so i cannot move another one or even select multiple pictures for the move multiple pix or delete multiple pix.

Should I uninstall and reinstall again? Has anyone else had problems with IE 7?

Hi Jaime,

It might be helpful if you could tell us which version of IE7 (In all versions of Internet Explorer, click About Internet Explorer on the Help menu. The product and version information is displayed in the dialog box that appears. ) We have several computers using IE 7 without problems so if we can determine the exact version you are using we might be able to help.
